Q: Are you Realtors® who just want to list my house? A: Absolutely not! Central Florida Homeowner Solutions, LLC is a group of real estate investors that buys houses from people like you in neighborhoods just like yours. We're NOT Realtors and we're NOT associated with any real estate agency. We don't want to list your house, we want to buy your house and may be able to do so immediately!
Q: What kind of houses do you buy? A: We buy houses in any area, condition or any price range. We also buy mobile homes, multi-family properties and manufactured houses.
Q: What do you mean by "any condition"? What if my house needs repairs? A: We will buy your house as-is! You don't need to do any more repairs!
Q: How can you stop forecolsure? A: We simply buy the house from you quickly. The bank will be happy to be paid in full and you walk away with your credit intact and able to buy another home in the future. Often, you can even put cash in your pocket. A foreclosure on your credit report is very bad. You will not be able to buy a home with a traditional mortgage for years. You may also have difficulties finding a landlord who will rent to you. If you let the bank foreclose on your property, you will be very unhappy for a long time.
Q: Do you deal in higher priced properties? A: Yes, we can work with any seller who needs to move a property quickly for any reason and in any price range.
Q: What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you help? A: Yes, if you call or contact us now, we may be able to help catch up your back payments and stop the foreclosure process.
Q: What do you charge for your services? A: Unlike Realtors®, there is never a charge or commission when we buy your home.
Q: Can I really buy your house this quickly and easily? A: Maybe. Maybe not. A lot of it depends on you. If you want to get above market price for your house, don't bother calling us. We are professionals and we do expect to make a fair profit. But we're not out to steal your house either. Much of our profit will come from our future buyer or tenant.
Q: My house was completely destroyed by fire. Will you buy the ashes? A: Yes! The land has value!
Q: If I submit your Seller Questionnaire, when will I hear from you? A: As soon as we receive your Seller Questionnaire, we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submit the information). However, if you don't hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call at 407-538-7150 to be sure we received your information and that you are being taken care of right away.
Q: Is it better to call or contact you via your online Seller Questionnaire? A: That is really up to you. However, we do think it would be easier for you if you complete our Seller Questionnaire first, then we can review your information, research your property, and then discuss all the details with you when we call.
